This food production facility required a highly resistant floor system suited to hygienic environments. Two complementary systems were installed to meet the client’s technical and aesthetic expectations.
Rinol Crete, a polyurethane-cement resin mortar, was applied to provide excellent thermal and chemical resistance. The surface is anti-slip and ideal for food processing areas. Thickness ranges from 6 to 9 mm depending on the zone.
To enhance long-term appearance and reduce maintenance, the floor was treated with Rinol DRT, a solution that improves the aesthetics of industrial and commercial floors.
The final result combined hygiene, durability, and ease of maintenance in a demanding food production context.
