Even if the requirements for the slabs are less in raised access floors and mostly limited to good levelness, we generally propose to spray the surface with Data Center approved impregnating agent RINOL EP I125 on areas under the raised floor. This is a fast and efficient way to avoid dust creation and propagation from the concrete base.  Polyurethane resin RINOL PU is also widely used to renovate old raised floor installations.

RINOL DRT’s performance ensures compliance with the most stringent data center cleanliness protocols, reducing airborne contaminants that threaten hardware and data integrity. 

To further protect against particulate contamination, especially rust, RCR specifies the Permaban Alphajoint CSS stainless armored joint system. Engineered from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, these joints eliminate the risk of rust particle migration into operational zones, preserving both the slab’s structural integrity and the data center’s cleanroom environment. “If it flakes, it will break”

For high-specification clean rooms and support areas, RINOL epoxy and polyurethane coating systems deliver exceptional outgassing performance and chemical resistance. These advanced coatings are formulated to meet or exceed the requirements of ultra-clean manufacturing and server environments, ensuring long-term durability, rapid installation, and easy maintenance without compromising air quality meeting Clean Room Excellence.

RCR’s flooring portfolio includes RINOL Etec, dissipative ESD systems, designed to mitigate electrostatic discharge risks across critical zones. These coatings provide reliable static control, supporting sensitive equipment operation and compliance with global ESD standards.

As budget alternative bringing ultra-high abrasion resistance, our ROCLAND surface hardeners also feature conductive properties and dust control.

Coloured ROCLAND hardeners applied wet on wet at a rate of 12-15 kg/m2 will provide a superior abrasion resistance, complete elimination of fibres at the surface and clarity if chosen colors are pure white, ivory of light grey which is reducing the need for lighting and saving energy consumption.
