At the ICP Logistics facility in Portugal, RCR Pavimentos Industriais executed two distinct industrial flooring solutions based on SUELASTIC technology, an acrylic resin-based mortar system.
For Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) zones, the team applied SUELASTIC SUPERFLAT with high-precision leveling compliant with the DIN 15185 standard. A total of 10 aisles were treated, each measuring 1.80 m × 56.82 m. The system included surface milling, priming with Suelastic resin, mechanical application of the mortar, and curing under polyethylene sheeting.
For evacuation corridors, a 20 mm-thick layer of standard SUELASTIC flooring was installed with the same rigorous application and curing process.
