RCR Flooring Systems

At RCR we know that not all industrial floors are the same.   Different buildings and different types of operations place different demands on their floors.  Creating a floor which will give trouble-free performance requires a sound understanding of floor construction, and a specialised approach of the processes used by the final user.

With years of designing, constructing, surveying and repairing industrial floors worldwide, we have encapsulated our expertise into RCR Flooring Systems – our recommended specifications for different types of floor.

We offer industrial flooring systems for different sectors and technical requirements. Within each system there are still choices – so clients can opt for finishes that will give their floor distinction and style.

The hidden cost of the wrong flooring specification

At RCR we have seen what works – and we also know what can go wrong when the flooring specification is poor.

Far from saving the client money, an inadequate specification can result in premature wear, damage to vehicles, health & safety issues for staff, operational downtime for repairs, the cost of consultancy, and even the direct and indirect costs of repair, till the cost of a new floor.

Choosing the correct RCR Flooring System gives assurance that the floor is perfectly suited to the building’s use and technical demands, and will provide years of trouble-free performance.

RCR Industries®

Hard working and highly durable, RCR Industries® is ideal for industrial manufacturing premises.  The high specification makes it able to withstand impact and heavy loads, increasing the life of the floor and minimising maintenance and repair.  Specific coatings are applied to provide extra properties in appropriate zones.
Product options: Steel fibres and/or steel mesh; Permaban Signature or Eclipse joints; Rocland Qualitop Titanium or Metal surface hardeners in various colours; Rinol Allrounder or RinolCrete resin systems.

RCR Conductil® sfrc

Our jointless flooring system has been created for hard-working logistics buildings.  The joints are reduced up to 90% and the remaining construction joints are realised with engineered Permaban joints ensuring load transfer and protection of arrises with possibility to eliminate traffic  impact.  The building can then gain polyvalence and the racking layout reconfigured easily when required.
Product options: steel fibres; Permaban Signature or Eclipse joints; Rocland Qualitop or Qualidur surface hardeners.

RCR Dispersive®

Incorporating a specially-engineered earthing connection, this anti-static system provides a range of performance, from conductive to dissipative (ESD).  It is well-suited for use in the electronics industry and surgical theatres, for storing explosive products and for automotive industry.  Measurement and certification of performance can be done by Monofloor, as well as repolarisation of old floors.
Product options: Steel fibres and steel mesh; Permaban Eclipse; Rocland Qualitop Millenium/Metal or Rinol Conductive/Rinol Etec
