RCR Industrial Flooring S.à.r.l. is proud to announce that it has completed in August 2019 the process to become part of Serafin Group.

Serafin is a family-backed industry group with offices in Munich and London.

Currently, Serafin comprises ten group companies that operate independently from each other and generate total group revenues of more than € 800 million per annum with 5,000 employees.

Serafin invests in industrial actors that have an established business model and a strong market position.

Philipp Haindl, founding partner of Serafin, explains: “We are excited about the addition of RCR to our Group. RCR will be managed independently and will look for synergies with other companies of Serafin’s group, especially with Conica - Swiss-based company focused on sports flooring systems such as running tracks or indoor arenas.

The acquisition of RCR by Serafin will strengthen and accelerate the group’s objectives to reinforce its positions in existing markets (Europe, Africa, Latin America) and to develop our business model in new geographic zones in order to offer a global service – conception /specialized products /application /maintenance - to international investors.
