Three of the leading companies in industrial concrete flooring exhibited together under their parent brand for the first time at the 2014 UK Concrete Show.

RCR Flooring Products, which exhibited on stand C10, comprises Permaban, Rocland and Rinol - each a respected name in its field, and owned by international flooring group RCR Industrial Flooring.

Across the two days of the show the RCR Flooring Products stand was visited by several global contractors and specifiers, who recognised the value that an international partner such as RCR could bring in terms of consistent global supply and support.

The RCR stand displayed two of Permaban’s armoured joints – Signature and Eclipse.  Dry-shake surface hardeners from Rocland and resin flooring systems from Rinol were also represented. Technical staff from all three companies were present on the stand and were kept busy answering questions.

Reflecting on the show, UK Sales Manager Tom Hancock commented:  “Permaban has been a regular participant at the Concrete Show over a number of years, and it was great to see many familiar faces from the industry again this year.  We were delighted with the warm reception we received as RCR Flooring Products, both from existing customers and many new contacts.  It’s a clear indicator that the market is beginning to see the value of an integrated approach to industrial flooring specifications.”

Feedback from all who visited the RCR stand suggests that 2014 will be a very good year for the UK flooring industrial flooring sector, and further demonstrates the upturn in the construction industry in general.
