Armand Joly, Technical Manager of RCR Deco International has received the honour of being appointed President of SPECBEA (Syndicat Professionnel des Entrepreneurs de Chaussées en Béton et d'Équipements Annexes).

This respected and long-standing organisation of 70 years represents the interests of municipal concrete specialists in France.

Initially formed to pioneer the development of cement concrete pavements, the organisation now brings together 20 leading companies involved in civil engineering, urban developments, railway works and heavy infrastructure.  It also publishes technical guidance documents and best practice guides on the use of concrete in municipal applications.
