RCR was delighted to attend the opening ceremony of the Tía distribution centre in Lomas de Sargentillo (Guayaquil - Ecuador).

The three divisions of the RCR group collaborated closely to provide the client with a jointless floor suitable for the needs of this type of distribution centre building.

The private investment in Ecuador by this company reached US$ 47 million.  The building has an interior floor of 51,000m², plus 39,000m² of exterior areas and roads.

Ecuadorian President Lenin Moreno, Vice President Otto Sonnenholzner and the President of the Warehouse Group Tía Francisco De Narváez Steüer, also attended the ceremony.

This emblematic work constitutes the main center of distribution of Tía Ecuador.
