Execution of an industrial concrete floor for the ground level of a logistics warehouse, covering approx. 18,000 m² (≈ 193,750 ft²). The system applied was RCR Conductil SFRC with 18 cm thick concrete, reinforced with 30 kg/m³ of ROC-FIBRAS TR65/50 (steel fibers).
The finish included QUALITOP MILLENIUM dry shake hardener (natural color), mechanically troweled to obtain a compact and smooth surface. PERMABAN ALPHAJOINT / WAVE joints were installed at construction points to distribute static and dynamic loads and prevent spalling.
Execution included laser screed leveling, use of RINOL SEAL PREMIUM for curing, and planimetric rule passes to ensure optimal flatness.
