Execution of interior and exterior concrete flooring, divided in three zones with a total surface area of approx. 5,560 m² (≈ 59,835 ft²). The interior slab used the ECOFREEPLAN system, designed for BREEAM / LEED / HQE environmental certifications. Exterior areas used OPTIPAVE VRS, and part of the interior was also polished with the DRT POLISH system.
Zones and Systems:
Interior slab (2,560 m²):
25 cm thick concrete with ROC-FIBRAS TR, RAFT fibers, and Link EVR volumetric additive. Topped with QUALIDUR dry shake, finished with laser screed, polished trowel, and cured with RINOL DENSIPLUS.
DRT POLISH area (unknown size):
Diamond-polished finish over the hardened concrete using RINOL DENSIPLUS and RINOL PERFORMANCE PUS, finalized with high-speed diamond pad.
Exterior truck parking (3,000 m²):
16 cm thick slab with PROROC GLASS 65 glass fibers and Link EVR, topped with QUALIROC Premix in grey and cured with RINOLROC CURE. Saw cuts every 1.75 m.
