This project involved the installation of a 18 cm thick concrete floor over an area of approx. 62,656 ft² (5,822 m²), using ROC-FIBRAS TR steel fibers to ensure a high-quality three-dimensional reinforcement. The slab was topped with QUALIROC dry shake hardener in three distinct colors: orange, toasted yellow, and red.
Execution included all base preparation, installation of separation membranes, edge insulation with Ethafoam, and steel mesh in critical areas. Laser leveling and mechanical troweling were followed by the application of RINOLROC CURE for proper hydration. Saw cuts were made post-curing to control cracking, with maximum joint spacing of 5×5 meters.
