This industrial flooring project consisted of multiple areas and systems, adapted to specific functional needs. A total of approx. 14,046 m² (≈ 151,202 ft²) was covered with the following RCR systems:
Zone 04.01.01 (1,297 m²): Concrete slab with SILIFIBRE system – 18 cm thickness, reinforced with ROC-FIBRAS TR, finished with QUALIDUR dry shake (natural color).
Zone 04.01.02 (6,617 m²): ADAPTA system – 11 cm thick concrete with ROC-FIBRAS TR + Link EVR, topped with QUALIDUR. Includes RINOL EP-P202 epoxy primer and concrete pumping.
Zone 04.01.05 (1,573 m²): DRT POLISH system – rehabilitation and polishing of concrete with diamond abrasives, lithium silicate hardener, and acrylic sealing layer.
Zone 04.04.01 (559 m²): OPTIPAVE VRS for exterior circulation – 16 cm concrete with PROROC GLASS 65 fibers, Link EVR, and QUALIROC Premix in grey.
Zone: Exterior parking (4,000 m²): DRAINING / POROUS concrete – 8 to 10 cm thick, natural color, designed for permeability.
All areas were completed with mechanical troweling, saw cuts for shrinkage control, and RINOLROC CURE for proper hydration.
