Execution of concrete flooring solutions for two zones: interior slabs and circulation/truck areas, combining high-performance reinforcement systems with precision flatness control and resistance to mechanical and environmental stress.
In the interior zone (approx. 109,791 ft² / 10,200 m²), the Conductil system was used, with 19–20 cm thick concrete reinforced with Dramix 3D steel fibers, levelled with laser screed, finished with Qualiroc dry shake in natural color, and protected using Rinolroc Cure. Permaban AlphaJoint was installed across 550 m of construction joints, with AQ50 mesh in dock zones.
In the circulation and truck parking zone (approx. 21,528 ft² / 2,000 m²), 16 cm thick concrete was reinforced with PROROC GLASS 65 glass fibers and Link EVR volumetric control additive, also topped with Qualiroc Premix in grey. All works were executed over compacted base, with expansion joints cut post-cure to control cracking.
