The project covered a total area of <strong>21,755 m\u00b2<\/strong> (\u2248 <strong>234,169 ft\u00b2<\/strong>) including warehouse areas and loading\/unloading docks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The floor was executed using the <strong>RCR SILIFIBRE system<\/strong>, built in large panels with controlled contraction joints. The slab consisted of <strong>MR40 concrete with a thickness of 16 cm<\/strong>, reinforced with high-performance <strong>steel fibers<\/strong>. The surface was finished with a <strong>neutral quartz hardener<\/strong>, providing excellent resistance to abrasion and intensive forklift traffic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The works included polyethylene vapor barrier installation, joint isolation elements, concrete placement, screeding, vibration, leveling and mechanical finishing, followed by surface polishing.
