The project required hygienic, seamless and chemically resistant flooring suitable for pharmaceutical production environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main flooring system was executed using the <strong>RINOL QCR epoxy resin system<\/strong> with a total thickness of <strong>3 mm<\/strong>. The system included a primer layer <strong>EP P202<\/strong>, a leveling layer <strong>EP L300<\/strong> with broadcast colored quartz sand, and a transparent protective topcoat <strong>EP T710<\/strong>. Additionally, epoxy covings with a <strong>10 cm radius<\/strong> were installed to ensure hygienic floor-to-wall transitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Specific areas such as step risers were treated with the <strong>RINOL SEALING system<\/strong>, a multi-layer epoxy coating composed of primer <strong>EP P202<\/strong> and two finishing coats <strong>EP C523<\/strong> with a glossy finish.
