{"id":22430,"date":"2025-12-09T09:57:55","date_gmt":"2025-12-09T08:57:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/92.60.32.103\/~rcrindus\/projects\/logicor-azambuja-interior-and-circulation-areas\/"},"modified":"2025-12-22T09:22:28","modified_gmt":"2025-12-22T08:22:28","slug":"logicor-azambuja-interior-and-circulation-areas","status":"publish","type":"projects-archive","link":"https:\/\/www.rcrindustrialflooring.com\/en-za\/projects\/logicor-azambuja-interior-and-circulation-areas\/","title":{"rendered":"Logicor Azambuja \u2013 Interior and Circulation Areas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Execution of concrete flooring solutions for two zones: interior slabs and circulation\/truck areas, combining high-performance reinforcement systems with precision flatness control and resistance to mechanical and environmental stress.<\/p>\n<p>In the <strong>interior zone<\/strong> (approx. <strong>109,791 ft\u00b2<\/strong> \/ 10,200 m\u00b2), the <em>Conductil<\/em> system was used, with 19\u201320 cm thick concrete reinforced with <strong>Dramix 3D steel fibers<\/strong>, levelled with laser screed, finished with <strong>Qualiroc<\/strong> dry shake in natural color, and protected using <strong>Rinolroc Cure<\/strong>. <strong>Permaban AlphaJoint<\/strong> was installed across 550 m of construction joints, with AQ50 mesh in dock zones.<\/p>\n<p>In the <strong>circulation and truck parking zone<\/strong> (approx. <strong>21,528 ft\u00b2<\/strong> \/ 2,000 m\u00b2), 16 cm thick concrete was reinforced with <strong>PROROC GLASS 65 glass fibers<\/strong> and <strong>Link EVR<\/strong> volumetric control additive, also topped with <strong>Qualiroc Premix<\/strong> in grey.
