An innovative concrete additive pioneered by RCR has been featured in Concrete Engineering International magazine.

Link EVR is an additive for concrete offering volumetric stability (or shrinkage compensation), exclusive for RCR Industrial Flooring group. By modifying certain chemical elements and reacting with the cement, the additive inhibits shrinkage so that projects can be executed with fewer construction joints and eliminating the need to realize sawcut joints. 

It is part of a unique system called RCR Conductil® vrs which allows a greater freedom in the shape of the panels, such as irregular shapes of panels can be casted and adapt to the geometry of the project.

This additive has been used with success in the past years in many projects across more than seven countries and recently in a port-side warehouse at Aveiro, Portugal, for Perez Torres Maritima (PTM), on both a grain store and steel coil store - as explained in the article.
